PET APPLICATION
NOTICE: A $25.00 (non-refundable) application fee must accompany each application for each pet - pet application fee covers administrative costs associated with the review, approval, documentation, and additional lease documents for each approved pet.
"Pet" is defined as a dog or cat only, no exotics or fish tanks above 55 gal. Increased security deposits are also required based on the number of pets.
