Dry Creek Realty Tenant Raffle
ATTENTION TENANTS!
Starting February 2012, we here at Dry Creek Realty
Property Management will start hosting a monthly raffle for
tenants who pay their rent on time.
We want to let our tenants know that we appreciate their
responsibility and punctuality.
Raffle Rules:
Again, this is a monthly raffle to show our appreciation, and
to encourage our tenants.
Thank you, we hope you had a great holiday season and a
happy new year.
Property Management will start hosting a monthly raffle for
tenants who pay their rent on time.
We want to let our tenants know that we appreciate their
responsibility and punctuality.
Raffle Rules:
- In order to enter the raffle you must pay your rent on,
or before the first of the month.
- On the second of every month, a name will be
drawn at random.
- The winner will then be notified that he/she won and
will receive a list of options from which he/she may
choose from.
- When the winner decides what he/she wants, we
will purchase it and deliver it to the tenant.
Again, this is a monthly raffle to show our appreciation, and
to encourage our tenants.
